We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy WordPress Developer Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This internship is designed to provide real-world experience in website development, offering hands-on involvement in projects and the chance to learn from industry professionals.

Dweb Studio is a privately owned studio specializing in design, branding, and creative services. Our mission is to drive the evolution and prosperity of financial services, B2B, corporate, and non-profit organizations. We achieve this by harnessing the power of research and craftsmanship to create refined brand identities, websites, messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Work alongside experienced developers on live projects, gaining insights into coding best practices and website optimization.
  • Participate in the entire website development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for making improvements in development processes and website functionality.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and the dashboard.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to commit to a part-time schedule that accommodates project needs.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a computer science, web development, or related degree program is a plus.

This is a freelance, remote position, but you are also welcome to work on-site at our studio location if you prefer. We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your level of expertise and experience.
